The state civil service need to be sanitized so that unqualified ones or those who were unqualified prior to their issuance of appointment letters be dismissed to give way to a fresh recruitment based on merit. Rochas gave appointment to so many unqualified people. I know someone who secured job under Rochas government alongside with her siblings who are currently studying without a qualification. She kept making mockery of those who with phd couldn't secure the state's civil service job

Funny enough, Rochas did not even employ his zone people during his administration. I won't even forgive him for that. Im from same LG as him, I got no favouritism.

They were not only looking for job, but they also kneeled and begged for job.

Regardless of how they secured their previous jobs with the state, the best thing to do is to ask them to reapply for employment or regularized their status instead of rendering them unemployed with tons of families without any means of livelihood.

The poor workers are nothing but unfortunate victims of his absent-minded, thoughtless and needless fight against his predecessor who's obviously moved on.
