I don't even lock my phone. I worry about something happening to me and because my phone is locked, they can't call my loved ones. This has been an issue in many emergency cases. Not protecting it has some downsides.

I don't use pattern, pin or password. I don't lock my phone. It's my phone so why should I stress myself to open it. If it ever gets lost or stolen I can issue a command to erase the phone.

I am not the reason for you people being a newbie in the smartphone world. I ain't the reason for your backwardness; blame yourselves. When someone says he/she last made you of pattern was in 2013, you automatically call the person a Liar. That just vindicates how unexposed you people are. Do you even know what password/pin code unlock is in 2013? If you know, you would have remembered and won't tag 'lie/liar' in your comment before quoting me.

Not possible. Except that person has your transaction pin. And if it's the mobile app, it has an unlock pin that most times will be different from the transaction pin. So.....

What about buying airtime worth thousands on your phone and transferring it.... Deleting any transaction details before you know. And what about having access to your hotspot without your permission( case study; my wife and his brother). There are a lot of reasons you should lock your phone.
