Jesus!! I swear I got that same message today. I could screenshot for you to read. Initially, I was surprised. But I remembered there are a lot of scammers in Nigeria

So how would this person or whoever played with her number claim that winning. She was just being cautious cuz of dem scanmers

The woman should still get her prize. They can contact her other ways that would erase any suspicious of fraud. For instance, sending her a text message, directing her to this video clip or via email.
I won't support it if Peter skips(robs) her to pay another. She's just being security conscious. Moreover, she might know him (Peter) better as P-square.
Denying her this opportunity could spell scam for this Zoom stuff.
