Of course, that didnt make any sense cos we all know that Fulanis in Nigeria are not even amongst the first 7 largest ethnic groups.

But now it make sense: thos 47million Fulanis is the entire population of Fulanis in Africa. From this Gov, we now know that they are all Nigerians .

Katsina governor has negotiated with bandits, released those arrested so he can get captured indigenes released.
