Its normal, one of the many beautiful pregnancy experiences �. I'm 30wks+ and started having butt pain around 17wks or so. Mostly occurs due to sitting for long on a spot. Sitting on pillow doesn't help either except you can find a really squishy one. So just like sleeping too long on one side can make you feel numb, sitting on your butt on one spot with the heavy tummy weight can also make your buttocks feel painful so just try to switch , stand and switch as much as you can. Some exercise manages it too ( I used to actively gym before preggy so I'm pretty fit for some squats and mild pregnancy exercises now) . I'm a fashion designer so you can imagine what my butt goes through �, I asked my doc and got the above advice. Just find what works for you and do it. Don't worry, it'll all be over soon.

My angel arrived in the early hours of the 5th of September 2019. EDD according to scan at 20weeks was 8th sep.(i didn't know my lmp).
Actually,am not sure of the reason i didn't identify with my team,its either i forgot to submit the post i typed or i submitted it nd my team refused to identify wtme. But that didnt stop me from learning from the thread sa.

From about 36 weeks i was already very tired of being pregnant,and i only tried to wait till 37weeks bfr i started doing tns to induce labor . i walked,danced, climbed stair case,did kpekus,drank castor oil but DS baby no gree show.
So i just decided to wait. 5th of september was my antenatal day and i was deteemined to drink another castor oil bfr going to see whether labor will start while am at d hospital but as God will have it i didn't get to drink it.
At about 1 am my son woke me to drink tea,i was in d middle of attending to him wen i felt a tap down my tummy,and something like a discharge followed.so i went to d bathroom to clean up but i strted feeling drops of water instead. That was how i started leaking water o,i woke hubby nd we started contemplating on how to get to d hospital at dt time cos we dont have a car. At that time contraction had not started so we just waited.contraction started at past 2 and i endured d pain till around 3.at around 3,i cldnt hold d pain anymore so i told hubby to start trying for uber and luckily for us we got a ride.
The ride took us about 40min and i went to heaven nd came back with crazy pain.
When we eventually got to d hospital and checked i was already fully dilated. And within another 30min my daughter was out weighing 2.95 without tear.
The relief i got afterwards was heavenly and i cldnt thank God enough for making d labor very brief.
I pray for all remaining preggy mamas ,safe and swift delivery is ur portion ijn.
As for me,am out for gud o.

When you come to an online forum to seek for advice, be ready to put a sieve on it as you will get pros and cons but at the end of the day the decision is yours.
I have been on this thread for about 5 years now and my eyes have seen! They don't call me mama zaynie for nothing.
I have seen pregnancies.. Not one, not 2, not 3 not 4 not 10 lost all because a mama took peppersoup or nkwobi or Pineapples. That list of don't eat we made, we didn't do it from sleep. We did it to help others keep their pregnancies.
I have seen newborns not one or 2 lost to jaundice and we have found a way to at least prevent or reverse it.
We have found how to treat cough in babies without using drugs. How to ease colic in babies, how to treat rashes, how to stop stooling even if it is viral!
We have a countless list of what you can give your baby even if you're as poor as a church rat and we support financially if we can confirm you're genuine.

Just because you got 'lucky' doesn't mean everyone will.
I took lots and lots of zobo in my first pregnancy and my son developed a heart defect, upon reading on it I saw zobo in early pregnancy had a hand in it. I never knew about his heart till he was almost 2 and I never would have made the link if I didn't make that research.
I took pineapple in my first pregnancy and nothing happened, I did in my second and contracted all night, my sister in law took it and had her baby the next day.
I know a ttc mom that took peppersoup earlier in pregnancy and lost her baby.
These things happen.


About giving your baby food or not, it's actually your call, it's better to increase the formula intake of that child. And yes, you can give pap, in fact at a point I was called Ogi Voltron on this thread, but let it be from 4m up. Or you increase your food intake so that breastfeeding can be smoother. So, instead of giving a 2m old light pap, ejoor eat more, produce more milk and supply that poor baby all the nutrients and fats and protein he would never get in pap.

I know it's never easy raising a child but put in mind that they never asked to be born, you decided to have unprotected sex, you chose to stay pregnant, to chose to carry that baby for 10 months. It was your choice.
So do whatever you can do in your power to provide milk for this child for at least 6m before you supplement.
Know that it gets easier, so hold on for just a little more time.

May we never lose our child.

For jaundice, best prevention is to feed your baby till he begins to poop the yellow seedlike poop.
Not black
Not brown
Yellow.


You can feed with formula till lactation begins fully.

The cramps might be implantation. But as long there is no no bleeding or spotting, backache and serious cramps then you are good

We are in this shoe together o... Even some people already noticed at work. Just this evening I was telling my husband i need to get more big tops that can hide the tommy a bit before people start thinking i have been pregnant for 2 years by May.

No serious morning sickness too, just hunger pangs and my lips are black and dry _{Like an active smoker's lip} Vaseline lip balm came to the rescue
