My resumption date is September 30th... I am confused right now.

Try to mail the alien office of the state you are heading to, they'll reply you if they have your application then you will know what to do from there.

Bros TUM allows online enrollment. Once you have enrolled in a school, you're officially a student of that school. Therefore you can resume anytime. I know people from last year who resumed December and even up to January. All hope is not lost. You can still make it, you'll be late though but you'll definitely make it. Start by completing your enrolment.
