It is possible provided you have got internet connection where you are. Just as you indirectly suggested, you simply strike a deal with a courier service that will take care of delivering the products for you.

But then again, you can still consider dropshipping, here the suppliers of the goods do the delivery for you to your customers. You don't have to pay for any delivery service no more
