Be careful with the packaging most especially the labels.
A similar thing happened to me before. They won't approve the refund until they see the underlying label, and if the time runs out, your loss.
Just go now and remove both labels carefully from the bottom. They are stuck to each other so don't try to separate it. Then peel it in such a way that against a light bulb you can see the information displayed in the lower label. Upload that picture and your refund will be fastened.
The label is to find out how they mislabeled and shipped as well as verify if your claim.

Unboxed it but not yet tested. Trust me the build and feel on the hand is just amazing . Will test it later today and give you all the very first honest review .


Quick Review:
If you ordered for the Upods, FEAR NOT, it's good, really good.

The charging case came almost battery empty, charged them all up. Pairing was easy and fast. I had to switch between all earbud tips, but eventually the medium one that came with it is the best fit. The Upods fit well into the ear and all attempt to make sure it falls off failed. Its really lightweight but I'm feeling a sensation that it's in my ear which I know I'll get used to.

Now finally the sound. It's really good, not the best, but trust me, it's worth it. Noice canceling is not so strong, but works well enough to block most external sounds during play that's if you're not playing at the loudest volume which should have you not hearing external sounds at all, and when not in play mode, you can clearly ear external sounds so you don't have to pull it off. So yes, its loud and the sounds are clean , the bass is good enough, just that some sounds are not so rich, about 70%. If you've not used way better Earphones like me, you'll hardly notice, even still, it's still good enough overall. Also try not to cover the earbuds or interfere their path with themselves or the phone because they loose sync, but they sync back up almost immediately, say 1sec.

It's a really good solid product. The buttons work fine; Pause, Play and Assistant, in all honesty, you don't need the next button, just control it from your phone or better still create a playlist of only what you want to listen to.

My prayer for this now is just that its Durability should be really solid, I've not had gread history with Wireless Earphones.
I rate it 4 Solid Stars, if not more sef .

I set it up then took it to a repair shop

After everything they did, they tried to get to the phone home screen but that pattern won't allow them even after flashing it

They had to keep it till I went there to open it

So I think if you activated it, the user won't use the phone for anything good
