There was freedom to steal under Jonathan. There is also freedom to steal under buhari. The two of them are the same as far as corruption is concerned. He's persistently been on the side of the truth and constantly fought the political class for the masses. I am yet to see anyone with any concrete proof of corruption against the guy. Not even Gej's houseboy, con-artist Pastor Reno was able to provide any proof of corruption against sowore

most people made the mistake thinking Buhari military ways is what Nigerian looters needed but we were wrong.

Now, it's clear to us that Buhari is not the messiah just like Jonathan but we are all scared to revolt.

I really respect Sowori for having the confidence to still go against this government despite the fact that he was part of us that brought Buhari into power. It shows Sowori meant well for Nigeria.

at the time..GEJ was a total disaster...there was not a single day without news of calamity when it comes to stolen billlions..if was just too much...

New years day is always a day of bad news..he increased fuel prices and strike happened for the first 2 weeks..it was a terrible time,cunningly due to change??Nigerians appointed his senior advocate who recycled the chief supritendents of looters in Gej regime to continue where he stopped with no coourse of form of remorse...

I guess we all see the power of freedom. Jonathan was clearly not the best leader but he gave Nigerians that one gift of freedom. For that alone he did well.
Now how did we use our new freedom?
We sold it to the devil. Overnight we turned Buhari into a saint, we said he was the very best thing that could happen to Nigeria.
Today that freedom is gone, the economy is not improving, security is worse and some still think voting Buhari was not a bad decision.
If we must grow, let us first admit our errors.
Jonathan gave us what no other has given us.
Was his administration corrupt?
Yes
But then we could come out and fight it, and vote against it.
When fuel prices was increased we forced his government to change it.
Now all that is gone.
If only we replaced Jonathan with someone better.
But no..Men like Sorowe blinded the public with there Buhari love. Suddenly Buhari's record was clean.
Did Sorowe know Buhari was shady?
He sure did but it did not matter.
I can't tell when or what went wrong with their friendship but Sorowe clearly deceived Nigerians.
We looked to him for correct and transperant information. But in 2015 he sold Buhari to us.
He does not deserve what he is getting.
I believe he has nigeria at heart. He is brave and mostly on the people's side but in 2015 he help mortgage our freedom now he has become a victim

10times better than Gej infact. Gej was directionless and his wife was a chaos in government. Only outstanding thing Jonathan did was fairly free Presidential elections.

The threat of a parallel government came with CAVEAT which as IF THE ELECTION IS RIGGED AS IT WAS IN 2011. That is an entirely different ball game.

In this case, a contestant who even congratulated the winner made a volte face after a cabinet was set up, ostensibly because he wasnt called to the dining table, and called for an overthrow of the government!

How are both scenarios similar?

You sound pretty frustrated though, and I'm sure not responsible for whatever it is that is frustrating you, perhaps a deadbeat partner or something.

For the record, I dont engage females around here, because once you whip them a little, they run off to accuse one of being a women molester.

The President against the principles of Separation of Power and Rule of Law removed a sitting CJN, meanwhile Jonathan even while having powers to remove then INEC Chairman- Attahiru Jega; allowed him remain eventhough that cost him. Now who is the better Democrat Mr. SaintLucia?

SaintLucia talked about "national security," please tell me; who's a bigger threat to national security than the Fulani herdsmen that the government is yet to take critical measures in dealing with?

As we speak, the current Deputy Senate President desecrated the National Assembly by stealing the Senate's symbol of authority- it's maze. What did Buhari do about that SaintLucia?

On corruption, Ganduje was captured on camera collecting bribe and all the "Aso Rock saint" could say was, "he can't figure out the kind of technology deployed to doing that."

Go through my history on Nairaland, I was a strong critic of Jonathan's government, but Buhari's incompetency and bigotry Trump's all past government I know.
