I don't like this CHAN competition because things like this. Now it is in the records that our SE lost 3-1 to Togo. And the result goes into the FIFA ranking calculator. Mtcheew. Countries that are not at par with you will be flexing muscles because your best legs play outside the country while they will present most of the A team players.

It was before that no one cares about FIFA ranking but now it is used for all FIFA and CAF competitions draws.

The only major positive i can take from that game is that most of the players are U23 and so the game is more like a build up towards the CAF U23.
