natural or man made disaster, be ready for reprisals. Fulani will never take death of one cow talk of 30
Let them try it, the town is aware they might and I know they are prepared. This town has suffered so much in the hands of these herdsmen, just last year my dad's 10 hectares of cassava plantation and other plantations he has worked on for over 3years was destroyed overnight by these herdsmen in the town. The king was helpless as he was threatened by army barracks leadership in Akure. This among other things done by these heartless people. They were forewarned to desist from the place and they wanted to make the place their abode. If you are not aware, a king of the town died in this sacred place and nothing happened. This is a call to them to desist from the land. When a man becomes an alien in his own community then don't take his silence for granted

And the thunder had to spare the herdershuh I know Fulani's very well they will quietly pack their things and leave, but they will surely come back for a visit,it may take several years but they will be back when everyone must have forgotten, and then when they strike you will be wandering what happened? Fulani's are deadly and should be contained not left to be wandering about.there is no way they wouldn't believe their cows were poisoned, they will perform their own autopsy
All of una no get sense. The cows may not even be owned by a fulani man. For the fact that fulanis are the ones grazing cattles doesnt mean they own them. I know yorubas that own cattles and hire fulanis to look after them.

The natives of that town should not sleep with two eyes closed ohh. The herdsmen may be planning a reprisal attack on the community. Security should also be beefed up in the state too

sad As a born again Christian who is meant to speak the truth at all times, i pray God gives the Fulanis the fortitude to bear the loss of their precious cattles. The ondo state government should as a matter of fact arrange for compensations so as to cushion the effects of the losses of the Fulani herders. Instead of taunting the Fulanis and rejoicing over the deaths of their cows, we Christians should rather support RUGA settlements for cattle herders all over the country just like our Muslim brothers are doing so at to settle them and avoid this kind of losses in future. We Christians should learn about tolerance from our Muslim counterparts sad
Bull shit.. spoken like an ignorant church goer.. even the bible asked us not to be ignorant of the devices of the enemies.. there is nothing that can settle these ignorant bastards.. they use their ignorance as a tool to oppress the masses.
Re: Ondo Police Speaks On Death Of Over Thirty Cows by AnanseK(m): 1:52pm On Sep 23, 2019
Thunder will kill 2 or 3 cows that are close together and there will be signs of high voltage electric burns. The over thirty number of cattle killed in grazing field strongly suggest deliberate poisoning of the grass in that field. The swollen stomachs of these cows doesn’t support thunder. It is xenophobia that has gathered momentum against some Nigerians that is continuously being unleashed period.

State001:
The Ondo State Police Command has described the 'sudden death' of over thirty cattle in the state as "natural disaster".

The police also debunked reports making the rounds that they may have been poisoned by rural farmers.

A strange thunder caused apprehension at Ijare community in Ifedore Local Government Area of the state after striking the cows to death.

Some herdsmen were said to have climbed to the top of Oke-Owa hill in the community to graze their cows when lightning struck the herds to death.

The hill, according to reports, is a sacred place where the king of the community performs some rituals annually.

An online newspaper quoted sources in the community as saying the incident was the wrath of their gods on the herdsmen.

The source quoted the sources as saying that the gods were angry because herdsmen desecrated the sacred land.

The herdsmen were said to have been warned against grazing on the sacred mountain by the community’s chiefs, but that they were adamant.

Reacting, High Chief Wemimo Olaniran, the Sapetu of Ijare kingdom, said the incident was not strange to the community.

Olaniran said similar events had happened to people who desecrated the sacred mountain in the past.

But the spokesperson of the State Police Command, SP Femi Joseph, in a short text message, described the incident as a natural disaster.

i'm wondering why the wrath of their so called god killed those innocent cows instead of the herders

It seem you never hear of what's called "thunderbolt" (not Magun) in Yoruba land before. There are stories it been used and directed at perceived enemies. It's real. Man has power to control any elements of nature if he or she is at that level of awareness and knowledge. But not good to use it to do evil. How about those rain-makers? Are those not real too. I actually saw a video of that in Ile-Ife when some ritual was done to redirect the clouds of rain, and the rain stopped in that area. As there are real ones there are also fake ones too.

Here is one of the definitions of "thunderbolt" I found online

"a supposed bolt or shaft believed to be the destructive agent in a lightning flash, especially as an attribute of a god such as Jupiter or Thor."
