I just feel they should look at other departments of the team, not the dude that does all the scoring . Truth be told the world would not forgive football for not giving players like Sneijder , Xavi, Iniesta world best because of Messi's fool scoring form. I understand your point sha, and most of those voters do vote based on Media hype and player's popularity..... I think this FIFA best will be more credible if there are neutral panel the help in the selection process not basing it on popular votes, though it will still be controversial but a little credible
