Cost of Rent in Osun State Nigeria

Hi Guys

We continue with our series cost of rent around in Nigeria, Today we look at Osun State

Read Others Here

https://cotenant.ng/news/

Osun is an island state in south-western Nigeria. It has its capital city as Osogbo. It is bound in the north by Kwara State, in the east partly by Ekiti State and Ondo State, in the south by Ogun State and in the west by Oyo State. The modern Osun was created in 1991 from part of the old Oyo State. The three major religions practiced in the state are Christianity, Islam and Traditional. The nickname of the state is “State of the Virtuous (Ipinle Omoluabi)”

The name Osun comes from a river that flows through the state. It is symbolic because it serves both spiritual and tourist purposes in the state. The river is worshiped annually by devotees. It is also a tourist spot as people from different parts of the country visit the Osun Groove in Osogbo. The river also provides water for irrigation for the agriculturally rich state.

[quote author=Tobinrobin post=82536921]I stayed around ibadan road when I was still a student in OAU & I still have some friends there & I don’t know about the new hostels springing up, But the average house rent there isn’t 250,000. It ranges between 120-150k for two bedroom flat. Highest is 180k. I know this from experience

Seems it’s been a while you left Ife sir. Since The Polytechnic moved there school to Ibadan Rd ( Fashina area after steel rolling), accommodation has been on the high side in that area. I even have a self con going for 180k and 2 bedroom going for as high as 350k. Even rent around Asherifa has increased as well.

Nairalanders beware of this guy. He is an agent that bribed seun to have his way to the FP..

As per guy who ask if there is stable power supply in osun state.Believe me, the only place who can enjoy more stable power supply than osun state is either Aso Rock or people close to kanji dam
