I once saw these guys advert here on nairaland claiming to sell data. They have an online platform www.speedydata.com.ng, I tried the first time and I bought data from them. Second time however, they took my money and didn't give me data. I called their number to complain and they turned me around until they stopped picking my calls and responding to my messages. Na so my money take go!

I had the same experience with this same guys. Thank God the money I lost wasn't much. I will never buy data from anyone I don't know. Never never!

you lied I have bought more than 200k personal use data and all delivered even I send data to family members and they receive the data instantly if they call me saying bros I never see the data oo, what I do is that I complain and in few mins they receive the data.. Abeg no come online spoil person business

Saturday last week on their platform, I wanted to gift someone data and I mistakenly bought 2GB data on an airtel number thinking I was doing it for an mtn number (0701). I sent complaints right there on the website, no response to the tickets. Funny thing is, you can't even see created tickets (for support).

I sent messages to the WhatsApp number, no replies, nothing. I still went on to purchase data for my other mtn and this one was successful (I used their pin option).

Today, i thought to still pursue the lost 2GB and called their number on phone. A lady picked, hung up almost immediately and then i called again. Believe me, i have called this number about three times, she stopped picking twice after and it's the same story of leave a message on WhatsApp (nobody attends to you).

Well, data exhausted and I went on the site this evening to load another 2GB. I used the pin option and folks, I got hooked again, the second time. I never got this data and pin cleared as used on their site.

If you will be using their service, tread with caution.

I'm back to my normal data plans. Abeg. Awoof no be am everytime.

Time to upgrade your customer care, Speedy data. I've been using their service to resell data since last two months and it was hitch free until the recent purportedly MTN upgrade which has come at a great discomfort to data reseller. Some orders has been left unattended for some few days now with no response to various chats and messages sent to you.

They are kgit only that they have bad customer service and they are not ready to change for anything. I don't know why it's so difficult to listen to your buyers which is synonymous to most businesses in Nigeria. They feel they are doing you a favour by patronizing them. Call speedydata WhatsApp them, text them, even mail them from now till tomorrow, they won't respond and if at all they have your time, it might be too late. They really need to work on their customer support,tge lifekine of every biz.

SpeedyData is legit. If you have any issue buying from them, just WhatsApp, call, or SMS them and it will be resolved.
If you want to get a quick response on their WhatsApp, try making voice notes to them. You will be responded to almost instantly.
