Giddyperson:

Always thinking of how I will stop him o cause he doesn't eat normal food that much majorly breast n pap, just imagining how those night will be I need encouragement mummy

I was also very worried but I think mummies we worry unnecessarily. As for food, that he's not eating now doesn't mean he won't be eating by the time you're ready to wean him.

Since he takes pap you can try other cereals or purees.

Thing is, thanks to rich white people we can get it free of charge, so I suggest you just do it. If your body reacts negatively to it, you can always take it out and use something else. If you spend too much time analysing, you'd be carrying bomboy before you are able to make up your mind. Trust me I know cheesy

Lol. Funny but so true.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE CRECHE AND INFECTION ON BABIES!

Babies in any group setting play and eat close together, easily passing germs to each other, as well as much as close contact and touching of surfaces in any common space spreads infection.

Common infections in the creche:

Colds and upper respiratory infections and parents should expect their children in day care to catch a cold 5-6 times a year.
Gastroenteritis.
Hand, foot and mouth disease.
Pink eye.

Whenever children first enter group care, whether as infants or toddlers, preschool or school age, they have a more intense exposure to infectious diseases. And many illnesses associated with child care can lead to parents becoming frustrated when the child is in a constant state of sickness.

The most effective ways of stopping childhood infections spreading are:
✴Adult vaccination.
✴Stay at home when sick.
✴Children stay up-to-date with immunizations.
✴Washing hands with soap and water whenever in contact with body fluids or infectious material.
✴Wash hands before feeding babies.
✴Washing with soap and water is preferable for babies from 0-2 years.
✴Soap and water hand hygiene should be used after changing soiled diapers or underclothing and after using the rest room.
✴Keeping diaper-changing areas and bathrooms clean and disinfected.
✴Preparing and storing all foods properly is important. Cleaning hard surfaces such as door knobs with sanitary wipes.
✴Covering cough and sneezes with your sleeve or tissue.

It's a lot of work for child care employees and parents and the spread of illnesses is not limited to the children alone.
Child care providers are known to get sick too, and parents need to pay attention in the home when the child comes home and are around other family members.

Thank you.

I’m breastfeeding oooo.
In fact, the nipples are on fire right now, I forgot to add.

Me I think say once you don push the baby out, all work is done. I didn’t know that’s the beginning. The pain rings in my brains whenever she sucks ...

The bolded is very correct, your breasts do not belong to you again ma grin grin

If you're feeling pain as she sucks then baby isn't latching properly. Please check you tube for videos on how to achieve a good latch. Once baby latches well, the milk will probably flow better and you'll feel better

When breastfeeding make sure the the whole dark part of the breast is inside the baby's mouth, not just the nipple, that's the proper way to do it and that way you won't feel anything.

I had terrible nipple pain with my first, learnt my lesson and I can't remember having much pain for baby number two.

Just type eela in the search button, I did just now and I found a lot of stuff including the screenshot I've attached. You can run the search and sift through the answers, ignore the people giving agbo.

Breastfeed from time to time and always wear your bra.

Congratulations on your newborn.
