yes o no result...I later tried it with my Amazon fire cord, it worked buh I'll av to remove it rom the pouch for it to fit properly

The original problem was your old charging cord then....... Most times, other charging cables does not fit, with pouch on........

Am out dated now still using my old umidigi A3 working perfectly gave it to my wife currently using Redmi 7...but still operate it every day...camera shot better but the battery is not strong compare to my Redmi 7

The amazon cable gat as it be gat like 3 here to slack for the phone but very fast with my umidigi plug
