@ShinaLee The message you got from the alien office is almost the same as mine. I got a message from the embassy this morning that I do not need to resend but it was too late because I went to the courier earlier. I guess the workload in the big cities is much, did you use SL or BA?

I used BA.

I didnt need Admission letter to get my SL. I got it from a relative and my schools address is not written on it.

You definitely need Admission letter before requesting for Sl.

Most Sl comes with your university address written on it.
I booked an appointment since September 3 under category B, I have blocked since July, this is my second booking after I canceled the first one. I deferred my admission to Feb 2020.

Is it true that by the end of September we should all cancel our appointment and book again or I should leave it at the September 3rd booking, please I need a reply as I have already blocked my account and that huge money leaving me has cost me a lot yet I can't get a date.

Firstly I believe my question might have be asked in the past but I can not locate it. Please my Primary School I attended could not locate my Primary School Leaving Certificate and I will be going for my interview very soon. Please I need advice on what I should do as this is the only missing document for my interview.

Guys please help me before I fall into depression. My visa application was rejected within one week of interview. The DHL Man delivered my original documents today. In the letter of rejection which is in German, this is what I was able to translate;

"Due to your information provided on application, there are doubts in your case about the stated purpose of travel. In doing so, you were unable to plausibly demonstrate Thre's intentions to study. The discretion could not be exercised in your favor. The application must therefore be rejected. The remaining grant requirements were not final"

I don't really know how to proceed. Guys please help me. I have spent over 5 million on this process blocked account inclusive. Most times when I came to Lagos for the processes like Ielts, other exams and Interview, I was lodging in hotels coz I have nobody in Lagos. The transportation was crippling too. Please guys I really needed this. Am depressed. This course would have given my life and career the needed career trajectory.

Thank you brother. My interview went well. I must tell you that I aced all the questions nd the woman was impressed from her face. But one question I didnt answer properly was "Why Germany and not USA or UK". I must admit I fumbled on that question. Can't remember the answer I gave.

Intended course is Health Informatics though I did philosophy and came out with 2.1 with a strong GP.

Deadline for enrollment is 30th october.

Before Interview, I have not funded. But I completed funding this week.

U r Right, is it another bsc or for MSC? One thing I have discovered bout German education is consecutive education.. Ur bsc must flow with ur MSC.. If its another bsc, then a convincing letter of motivation can help.. Elders please let's help

Hello guys, please I'd need a clue to this.

My initial means of sustainance was BA but later got a SL. Do i need to send the softcopy of the SL to the embassy via mail and indicating reasons for the change in writing? or

I should wait till Tuesday when I finally have the hardcopy and send to the embassy with other documents requested from me?

And if there is a note to write in any form, I will appreciate an expo grin on how to write the note to them.

Thank you

Do not be depressed. Not when there’s still a way out of this. You’ll have to get a strong appeal, re package your documents and Am will come.
From what i can decipher you are going for a second Bsc. And you didn’t fund before the interview. Also your intended bsc seems unrelated to the proposed course of study. You may have failed to do justice to that in your motivation letter/ interview or not done enough.

You should write a stronger motivation letter and try to bridge that gap. You should be able to convince why you’ll be going for another bsc that is unrelated ( as the case maybe). Attach your BA confirmation and your docs send them and keep praying. Since your enrollment deadline is oct 30th there is still ample time if this can be done at the earliest.
In this German waka giving up is not an option.
There are some persons on this platform who’ve successfully scaled through the same hurdle.

First off, I want you to understand that, you're not alone in this. Most of us have gone through this, at some point. You're human and the way you feel right now, is the way you should feel. However, brooding and mourning won't change a thing. It's time to get up and try again.

Secondly, about the reason for the refusal. You have a B.Sc in Philosophy which is completely different from the Health Informatics, you plan going for. This is something, which you should have tackled in your motivation letter.

You're going to fix this glitch, by writing a Remonstration letter that'd address every possible reason, you can think of, that'd have made them, reach the conclusion that, your intention of studying is questionable. Be it the disparity between your B.Sc and intended study, any study gaps, etc. I'd recommend you reach out to some elders, for help, particularly @Dolpaz.

This is a phase that'd pass soon. Hang in there. God got you.

Good morning all,
I have been trying to apply for MSc. programme taught in English language in German Universities but I have been coming across the requirement of proficiency in German language. Is this a must as I don't have any presently?

I’m facing same too, but from all my researchs, I’ve noticed that your degree/course matters. What’s your degree if I may ask? There are schools that doesn’t need the test but it depends on the course. Some courses are very limited with that opportunity.

Funny you. If they the people you know could not decode the reason for the reject and tackle it, how then could they have appealed. How is it now so possible for you to say they could get AM soon. So so funny you

Note, we are not concluding, we are all assuming from the almost non information we have. No one has complete facts yet since the guy has not responded since then
