When by all reporting, there was nothing about any election discussed between Trump and the Ukrainian PM. Secondly, being a presidential candidate does not make you above the law. If Biden did indeed use his influence as VP to shut down a criminal investigation into his son's company (He is on video literally admitting he did that) then Trump is right to ask for it to be investigated.

I agree with you but the question is why won't they especially if both proposals have strong backing amongst majority of Americans as polls indicate, the answer is more than obvious, the institutions that benefit from it financially are also heavily invested in politicians from both parties

I agree with you and going beyond that and actually increasing taxes on the top 1% is going to roll back a lot of the budget deficit over time and making education and health free while improving the quality of service delivered through increased taxes are not freebies, they are basic human rights

There's difference between Democratic socialism and socialism practised in China or Russia. There are many billionaires in China and Russia too. So what's your point ?. The proposals by Bernie and Elizabeth are just proposals and if any of them ascend to the presidency, they can't do it with Executive order. It has to go through both houses and i doubt if it will pass. That leads me to you saying you will rather vote for Benedict Donald over those two.
