It actually depends on you; what part of Lagos you live, how much time you can spare etc.
there are a number of people who live in Lagos and operate farms successfully.

I live around Onipanu on Ikorudu road. I was told that if I must operate a farm successfully I have to be on the farm to monitor the activities on the farm else I will run at loss.

Ok. From ikorodu road both agege motor road and Ibadan express road are easily accessible so I guess the choice is yours.
Yes, you have to be on the farm to monitor activities but not 100% of the time otherwise it ceases to be a business. You need to make your informed decision, check your schedule and see how often you will be available for the trips. You can’t “farm” and sit down in Lagos expecting people to be working for you; humans will always be human.
Once the interest is there, think of a solution that fits your peculiar situation. If you can’t then maybe the time isn’t right yet.
