We are using common law not civil law, so the judge hasn't broken any rule. He has just created a new judicial precedent.

His decision can be appealed in the courts. But he has done no wrong to be reported to NJC.

While i sympathize with Sowore, he should have known better . . . There is nothing wrong in protesting and marching on the street on Nigeria against the government, however, even if a group is formed and called for a revolution even against any government, that is looking for trouble and for Sowore not to have known this, it means he wasn't matured enough to rule even a state in Nigeria.
However, i hope the government will stop all these mess and allow the young man to go
