Sure. King David for example; God forgave him for his adultery and murdering, but God still punished him by bringing conflicts in his family.

God forgives and forgets our sins when we repent but every sin has Its own curses and consequences.

God only forgives the sins of the holy and the righteous, not the unrighteous. God said He does not answer the prayers/pleas of the unrighteous. This means that if you sin in your unrighteousness, you are on your own. It is only after you seek first the Kingdom of God(Holiness), and God's righteousness, that all these things which Jesus Christ promised, including forgiveness of sins, will be added to you. Otherwise, you remain burdened with your sins until the end no matter how much you beg and plead for forgiveness. So, if you truly believe in Jesus Christ and desire forgiveness of sins then the right thing to do works be to seek first the Kingdom of God and God's Righteousness so that God can then forgive you even when you commit sins afterwards.
