Una really get time dey worry una head for our local clubs and Chan team. I have said this before that our best players in the local scene re in academies and grassroots clubs. Since I noticed the above claim I no dey care about our league anymore cus it's full of capenters which is the reason 90% of them fail trials in obscure leagues in Europe. tbaba1234: |

andrew444:For the system and style of play that Frank wants Tomori is the better defender. However, if you are looking for various muscle bound no nonsense ENFORCER then Zouma is your man. Sometimes the question is not who is better but who best fits the requirements, structure, style and philosophy of the team and manager. |

Togo win 2:1 Togo has beaten Nigerian super eagles twice in a week. At home and on neutral ground. |

U right, Eze and Ejaria will be great addition to the current super eagles set up. Eze is a natural playmaker who should battle for the number 10 shirt with Iwobi while ejaria is a good cm blessed with skills, good vision and goal scoring ability. Him, aribo and etebo should battle for the cm position in the near future Ndidi and Azeez for the DM position komekn: |

Zouma is better but tomori is not far behind. Lampard knows tomori better cus he did a great job for his team last term in the championship. Tomori has the potentials to metamophose into a beast of a defender in the future. andrew444: |

TheSuperNerd:You have said it all. In Ndidi, we have a holding midfielder who plays a disciplined defensive role, breaking up play or disrupting the opposing team's attacks or blur the boundaries & being mobile and efficient in passing. In Aribo, we have a player whose role is divided roughly equally between attack and defence and to dominate the play around the centre of the pitch. He is expected to pass the ball to the team's attacking midfielders and forwards and may also help the team's attacks by making runs into the opposition's penalty area & attempting shots on goal. And he's duty bound to track back to his box to make tackles and block shots and also run to the opponents' box to try to score. In Iwobi, we have a player who is positioned in an advanced midfield position, usually between central midfield and the team's forwards and his role is primarily offensive. He is expected to be the creative spark/playmaker between the forwards and the midfield. |

tbaba1234:For me I think it's NFF. We should not be participating in nonsense competition like WAFU and CHAN. We should take ranking seriously because it determines where you are seeded in competitions. Prior to 2014 world cup, Switzerland exploited a loophole in ranking (by playing less friendly and against lesser European teams) and ended in top 7. If we are looking at the future (2022), we should start now to plan. In last world cup we ended in pot 4 unlike other better placed African teams that were place in pot 3. |

Agreed. Let’s not be blinded by club performances alone. Same reason why I said Kelechi Nwakali has done well for the u23s Ndidi has been pretty good with SE but not as good as he has shown for club. This could be due to other reasons like how the team is set up etc. komekn: |
