A staff at a car wash company, suffered an accident today in Lekki Phase 1 while driving a client's car.

The accident victim reportedly drove out in one of the cars brought to his car wash for cleaning. While driving the car along Durosinmi Etti, in Lekki Phase 1 early on Monday morning, September 30, the car brake failed and somersaulted.

The man was lucky to be brought out of the car alive but the car was badly damaged.

LASEMA Response Unit have arrived at the scene of the accident and took the injured man away while some stayed back to clear the accident scene.

Even before opening the topic, i knew it must be a Corolla. That a Corolla is badged "Sports Version" doesn't make it a F1 race car.

This is why many car owners only take their cars to car wash or mechanic workshops the days when they have time, they will sit there while you do the work. When the attendant or mechanic want to test drive they won't allow you to take their cars to the major roads.

Many car owners in Nigeria lose their vehicles engines and other parts because of the manner some useless mechanics accelerate their vehicles on the roads, they rev the cars above the recommended RPM under the guise of testing.
They will come back and tell you oga E be like say this your car don dey smoke, you go need to buy new engine or change the rings

No way im leaving ny keys to a stranger. Wash the outside .leave the inside for me...uunless the car owner wants to go on a revenge run..he shouldn't ask this car washer to pay damages
