I know a friend that works in Saudi Arabia that speaks and write in fluent Arabic... Does that now make him Arab? Hell I'm currently learning how to speak and write in French and Creole, when I become fluent in it, will that make me French or Haitian? Hell even in Niggeria, there's multiple Igbos that know how to speak and write in Yoruba and Hausa, does that now make them Hausa or Yoruba.
