Hello people, I have a masters and an LLB from uniben and unijos respectively. Can I evaluate both? Who has evaluated recently and what evaluation body can I use? Your responses will be very much appreciated. Thank you
evaluating both is a waste of time and money. Evaluate masters alone

Thanks a lot. ICES, IQAS or WES? Which is advisable at the moment? I have been seeing a lot of conflicting reviews about Wes/IQAS lately and I decided to bring it here so that I can get the right information.

Hello house, I got nominated using my cousin as my sponsor for Manitoba PNP- express entry in February and my application is currently reading assessement in process but in my Express entry profile I have chosen brother as a relative in Canada as Cousin was not among the listed relatives. I am confused now as I am not sure if they will take cousin in place of brother when my applicaion is passed to CIC from the province. any suggestion or experience on this?

[quote author=bekayy post=82789324]If you are a single applicant, put 1. Also ensure your POF is above 12669. Say 13,000. Shalom.

Thank you, I think that is the problem because i am single and my information about family members is more than 7 .I think the correct information should be one. I would create another profile any way and try and resubmit.

But why?

Nope.

Any such major change will be reflected in the news update page of IRCC on canada.ca.

Hiya,

If someone has not stepped up by 700 pages, I might open another thread, but the Hall of Fame will definitely suffer.

The issue goes back to what has been said before, and I guess will keep being said, the thread does not need to move fast.

Most issues have already been addressed before in one form or another, either in this thread or an earlier one. But few people are willing to read, to do a basic search.

It is alright, anyway. May God continue to bless the selfless contributors. May you find help in your own time of need.

I can't imagine an EE thread without Hall of Fame (I know how much I gained from reading people's PPR stories), so yeah, when the time comes, I can update the Hall of Fame for Part 9.

Please, how did you pay on the acro police website? A friend has tried with her two Nigerian naira cards and even her Nigerian dollar cards, they all show failed transaction.

Good day all,
Please i need more insight on this matter from guru's in the house, i registered with ices for my evaluation since August, unfortunately my school sent my transcript to WES instead of ICES, now that waec is no longer required by wes i now want to do the evaluation with wes.
My question is.
Will ICES refund me since the document has not been handed to them.
How do i go about it.

You can’t include baby until after ITA

@bold might have been right, only if there are no longer PNP nominations and if the young people applying now do not give their younger siblings, sibling points, which is unlikely. I think those are the two factors that keep the scores so high.

Oh! That means I should just go ahead and create the EE profile without the baby yet
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 8 by Eraytee: 2:12pm On Oct 03, 2019
Absolutely yes, you don’t need anything from your baby to create an EE profile. ECA and IETLS is all that’s required.

You are right but you can also request for leave to get a Judicial review in the Federal court.

https://www.migrationlaw.com/application-refused-consider-request-reconsideration/

joo2018:
Hiya,

Yes, we have the right to judicial review.

However, that snapshot refers to IRB decisions, not for Express Entry.

The IRB is the Immigration and Refugee Board.

"The IRB decides, among other responsibilities, who needs refugee protection among the thousands of claimants who come to Canada annually".

Check here, here, here and here.

It should also be noted that you can raise a CSE and appeal to IRCC to re-open your file.

You can request a reconsideration or leave for judicial review

Atleast wait for a response before assuming that I am misinforming. I recently worked on a judicial review for a Nign applicant's work permit and the Lawyer stated that it applies to express entry too, very limited days to request after the refusal though. Obviously, you must have concrete reasons.
I also just reconfirmed this information with a RCIC, at least these are two Immigration professionals.
Have a great day

ladymarshall:
Please can you share the website where you got this information. I couldn’t find this anywhere on platforms online or on the Canadian government websites. I also need to see the date when this law or policy was passed. People have been appealing PR refusals even until last month and VOs have reopened their cases. I’m not sure this info you shared is recent and authentic except you can prove otherwise. I also believe the VO has some measure of discretion and independence in their immigration decisions. Let’s not misinform people here and cause them to take a wrong decision if they’re refused. Share your source.

To all those still in doubt, this should prove it. It’s important to note that I called WES myself. Thank you.

Quick question about proof of funds, I have collected my bank statement, the bank gave me some random reference letter that just says the day i opened the account and that i am the sole signatory and nothing like the sample i gave them from page 1. I have asked them to send me a letter of non-indebtedness since they didn't give me any sort of clean bill in the reference letter. Do you guys think i need this?
Thank You.
