There are lots of negative statements about how Baker Hughes lay off workers suddenly, .

What's the working condition at Baker Hughes?

Why are they recruiting every year if they are not laying off workers?

Is Baker Hughes worth the stress?

Pls we need info on these issues to be able to make an informed decision.

Even if they lay off workers, that should not stop you from trying your best. You might grow to the position where you become the one who decides who to be laid off.

How did your on-demand video go?
The lady that was even asking the question does not even have excellent presentation skills, they better send me to the next stage immediately.

It's all the behavioural type of questions where you have to discuss a time you did something in a group and the challenges you faced.

Please how long did you wait to get digital video invite after submitting your application.

Within 2-3 days or even the next day because the fact they could allow applications alive till stated deadline and conduct final assessment of outstanding candidates almost immediately after the deadline tell they would be rapid in getting back to applicants for each of the stages of the application. Which is why a limited timeline is attached to digital interview (mine was within 5 business days - mentioned in a different mail) and an advisory note below is sent to all applicants in the digital interview link mail.

"Don’t wait. Take your interview as soon as you can to give yourself the best chance for success"

I did a dry run for Germany opportunities yesterday afternoon & to my surprise I was sent a regret mail (owing to no authorization to work in the country) by nightfall.

I heard from a reliable source of someone got a regret mail this week (same week he did his digital interview). So if you are still alive in this pursuit since your interview, so help us God.

Really? That's quite fast! My status shows "Your application is being considered" I understand we'd have to wait till after December 2nd for feedback on final assessment as per the job website. Fingers crossed... All the best to us!

I guess this is due to their going independent from general electric. but how this one take consign is wey dey find work. let's hatch our eggs first before counting

It is advisable to add cover letter to every applications. It will not remove anything from the application but can help in someways.
