He has already been listed for the U21s

It might not be as straightforward as you think

At this point in time, we (Rohr and NFF) are simply not interested in the boy. That is why..

What will constitute proof for you?

1. Eze is not among those being worked on at the moment.

A player whose switch is being worked on can not appear for another country till it is complete as per FIFA rules. Eze was in the last England under 21 squad.

2. Eze does not even need a switch as he has no competitive games.

If he had turned his invite down he would be on the list for us by now. I actually like the lad. He is bigger than I thought. I think he can also play as a CMF.

Nigeria has not given him a reason to turn down any invite. He can not burn bridges with England when Nigeria has not shown interest. That is like losing both ways.

Once he moves to the premier league and starts performing, we will start showing interest but by then we could be competing with England.

Villarreal Open Contract Extension Talks With Chukwueze In Bid To Increase His Buy-Out Clause

Villarreal are not taking any chances regarding the valuation of their Nigerian sensation Samuel Chukwueze with the club set to improve his buy out clause in the new contract proposed to the left footed player, Owngoalnigeria.com reports.

Chukwueze’s initial release clause upon his signing two seasons ago was pegged at a €25m but the club activated the option of extending his contract after his first full season with the B team of the club and his subsequent progress to the first team.

His release clause now stands at €65m but the club are looking at ways to increase it by offering him fresh terms which will further extend his stay at the club and talks have already started in that direction.

Owngoalnigeria.com exclusively gathered that the new representative of the forward will study the new deal but won’t rush into signing it because of interest already shown in the 20 year old from clubs in England, where he has dream of playing after a failed move to Arsenal in 2016.

Rohr can't do everything but unfortunately the Nigeria coaches working with him...I will say they're not making enough inputs in this regard....

I don't know if they're even ambitious thinking the way Rohr thinks...because if they do...I am so sure they should have draw his attention to the lad....

moreover don't be surprised some of us here knows football and the problem with super eagles play the need for a AM more than this coaches....I am telling you the truth.

Haaland Scored a hat trick on his debut in the Champions League against Genk and scored one against Liverpool. That is four goals in two games in the Champions League.
Is that all he's got?? any other good player could've come up with such feat, man.

And how does that compare to Kylian Mbappes impressively prestigious and arrogant achievements?

Who compared him to Mbappe? I am talking about personal preference. Not comparing. I also listed Joao Felix there. Maybe to you I was comparing him to Mbappe.

Wasn't he one of the lads gernot Rohr invited to that camp in England? Aribo was also there and he already has his own cap.

Of all the players that came to the super eagles camp, he is the last one standing.

Akpom's switch is been processed so he should get an invite once it is complete.

The point is that he should have waited. Turning down England would have automatically put the pressure on Rohr but all he did was make it easy on him.

This girl was Nigeria's school champion 2014 in Port Harcourt. She has since changed her name, converted to Islam and runs for Bahrain. It's an interesting and quiet unusual move for an average Igbo chick, Anambrarian for that matter.

Well, everybody dey jampa for Nigeria. Even our local home grown sports persons.
Congratulations to the world champion.

Write a column lets publish it in all Nigerian dailies.

Modified
The only difference is that we have institutionalized corruption.
In other climes it’s hush hush.

komekn:

You have given us another outcome delivery of the complete and endemic failure of government.

Tell me one sector in Nigeria that does not reflect the same symptoms. This problem exceeds football it is the Nigerian problem.

I finished high school in Nigeria and for a brief period l worked in an accounts department in a tertiary institution in Nigeria at my Father's request.

Corruption was endemic and rife l challenged it at great cost. In the end all the accounting staff were sacked apart from myself and the Chief accountant who in the middle of the night slaughtered a goat in satanic ritual. I left not long after that back to England, l could see that integrity and honesty were no longer attributes of commendation in Nigeria.

On this thread there is in depth resentment to diaspora Nigerians and or so called Foreign born Nigerians. But why l am at loss.

Meanwhile look at how our people take every insult under the sun, denigration and abuse to get a visa to leave the country. It's incomprehensible we show so much displeasure about foreign born Nigerians yet we want to get there.

A Nigerian owned TransGlobim International won a £500 million contract to build a railway line in Iraq. But couldn't even get off first Base in his own country. Even to get an MOU was like almost impossible with all kinds of delays and unnecessary bureaucracy.

We reject honesty and truth but welcome corruption, nepotism, illegality and government impunity. I watched how my former Governor after leaving prison was welcomed by the entire political elite at the highest levels.

Do you know it is very much easier I mean. VERY EASY for me to become an MP in England. But the depth of depravity l would have to go through to become a state house of assembly selected and then elected makes it impossible for me.

This problem exceeds football we need a change not of government but in ourselves. Until we change as a people we will get the rulers we deserve.
