Funny issue is that you might have cured h.pylori, or weakened it after using antibiotic the first time, but you were reinfected. How? As soon as you use antibiotics, it clears all other good bacteria. And when this happens, good bacteria level is low and cannot balance the level of opportunist fungi and yeast in your system. Others are: Clostridium difficile and E. coli, fungal overgrowth with Candida and parasite infections such as Blastocystis hominis, Giardia and hookworm, etc. These are all stomach bugs. And even you clear h.pylori, you may not feel better, or you may feel relieved a bit for a short period of time. It's not psychology sir. The doctors you met cannot help you anymore.

1. Stay on special diet for good 30 to 60 days with exercises. This will readjust your stomach so it can allow the herbs you are going to buy work at optimum. Stay away from inorganic food.

2. Use herbs known for h.pylori that have been tested. You will spend between $150 to $300 --- 30 to 60 days therapy.

3. Go for comprehensive test to check if h.pylori is still there. Then, you will check other infections. Also, all good flora in your gut will be checked. Your test will show you what to buy for step 4. I think you will spend above $1,000 because these tests are done abroad. You will do it yourself as I don't have anything to take from you.

4. In accordance with step 3 above, you will take medications for all the bad bacterial and yeast infections. And kill all parasites. Then, you start taking probiotics and prebiotics to fill in good bacteria that have been flushed away by antibiotics you have consumed. This is compulsory, else there is still no control in your gut, and opportunist ones will grow overtime again.

However, OP must know that the h pylori has become resistant to the drugs he has used and the same drugs has altered tremendously his gut flora. As a result, there could possibly be opportunistic organisms causing the same symptoms typical of h pylori.

The only reason I will reply you is that you are a coward. I stay in the midst of troll. You are just behaving like 419 and scammers by deleting accounts. You are not even sure of yourself.

Find out everything very well, research before making comments. Did you read the part I wrote about comprehensive test? The test is expensive, and I will tell you the reason. All bad bacteria, fungi and other organisms will be detected. And sensitivity tests will be done too. The result will show you all antibiotics and herbs that are tested. If u don't get relieved, no matter how minute, from either of antacid, proton pump inhibitor (like omeprazole) or H2 receptor antagonists ( like cimetidine) then it's time to stop thinking about peptic ulcer.
H. Pylori can be present in normal individual without peptic ulcer. And it's not the mainstay for diagnosing peptic ulcer. Endoscopy still remains the key element.
So let's puncture this.
What part of the abdomen is the pain?
Upper or lower right or left?
Do u urinate too frequently when this pain is intense?
Do u feel pain while urinating?
For the pain to aggravate to the groins it could be a ureteric stone.
Unfortunately the ultrasound scans might miss it.
The CT scan could miss it too unless it's a non contrast CT.
Xray too could pick it depends on the type of stone.
So the best investigation is a non contrast CT.
All the same, online diagnosis can't be relied on. Go to a good doctor, discuss my possible diagnosis with him. He takes a comprehensive history and guides you on carrying further investigations.
And if it's not ureteric stone, then I might be forced to join the band of other doctors who think it might be psychological.

I FEEL THE HOTNESS or cramp EVERYWHERE. It same hotness that radiates to my whole body.

It's feels like someone is pouring methylated spirit on open wound.

I feel worse if i bend to tie my shoes or pick something on the floor. Feel worse if i try to pound with a mortar, or if a bus hits a pothole. Anything that causes bodily movement like running etc.


I feel worse if i get bad news too or lose substantial sum.


I am confused and tired. I havent gained weight too but lost some.

I know online is not hospital but I have met over 50 doctors at different times.

MODIFIED: Based on prescription, I treated h pylori using tinidazole, clarithromycin and lansoprazole for 7 days bd followed it with amoxil 1000g bd and lansaprazole for 5 days. UNFORTUNATELY, still feel worse.

Yes, exhausted the drugs for h pylori. No improvement at all.
