Yes both parents even for the biracial ones. I happen to have a nephew who is talented in several sports. His mom who is Russian wants him to experience his Nigerian heritage so badly. I’ve promised her I will take him to Nigeria. His father (my bro) doesn’t give a damn about Nigeria one bit. With Rohr at the helm I'm scared we might lose him. Dude has been sabotaging our efforts to get this foreign bred players bkus he feels we are poaching European talents and that it is quite unfair to the countries that brought them up only for us to jump in and reap the dividends.
