Libya(pre-war), Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar etc are predominantly Islamic countries but their citizens don't breed like Rabbits, they have family planning to check population explosion and they make education compulsory for women. These has helped them to manage their resources well.
I think the main problem of those countries breeding like rabbits is education not religion.

That is an interesting observation, Jimoh. But if education is the problem, then is religion still not a culprit? Evidence points to the fact that religion promotes ignorance.

A lot of religious organizations tell people that a human's primary purpose on earth is to multiply. As it is what as particularly instructed to humans by god to do under any circumstances. And anyone who comes to earth without offspring wastes his life.

Islam for one, is a notorious promoter of ignorance. The alma-jiri menace in the north is an example. Boko Haram are against 'western education' as part of their agenda. I have been to a 'was' where the imam was confidently telling the listening followers that university education is not permitted by Allah. And that in fact science is 'haram.'
