Handiwork of Bello. They just want to distract Dino from joining forces with Wada to unseat bello. The Kogi state people will still vote against APC in both elections. We all know that bello rigged the election for buhari so he could gain favour. Recall that bello purchased the presidential form for buhari, so it would have been disastrous if buhari lost in Kogi state hence the deadly rigging for apc.
