The kind of Gospel songs most people listen to tells a lot about their personalities and mental state... remember "DEEP CALLS UNTO DEEP" Most Nigerian gospel arts are simply not creative and divinely inspired. They get cheap popularity through sampling of older music and stage showmanship Want a creative song writer , divinely inspired songs , listen to Nathaniel Bassey, Tosin Dunsin Oyekan, Sinach, Tope Alabi, Frank Edwards, Buchi, Iyke Onka, best Igbo gospel song writer-Patty Obasi 1 Like |

It has to be William McDowell for me, that guy has a way of connecting in worship, his ministrations are touching. You could tell his songs come from a place of very rich anointing and deep divine inspiration. I like Tasha Cobbs too, Hillsong and also Phil Thompson. For Nigeria, Sinach, Eben, Ada, Solomon Lange and some others i can't recall right now.. These are serious people not a majority of the others who are empty and mostly do it for fame, money and showmanship. 2 Likes |
