Why I continued with the application was where they asked if they could keep an office space, I indicated No, hopefully would get answers during the interview. Thanks

Expect to get it within 14 days if successful. I got the interview invite today, interview date is 14th. Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend... I hope they accede to my request for an online interview.

IMHO, it's better we keep communicating on NL for now. After the interview, successful candidates can decide to use Whatsapp.
