What pain. Mumu. Ironically, the internet Emeagweali the scammer lied he helped invent has been the greatest undoing of you Igbos as it has exposed you all to be nothing but liars criminals and fraudsters.

Imagine Invictus Obi lauded by Forbes as "one of the most promising Black businessmen " exposed as a common fraudster. That is Igboman for you.
I know its paining u but still take it easy.

If Philip Emeagwali was a liar etc then why did his committee award the Gordon Bell prize to him. grin

Meanwhile, Take it or leave it, the igbo free-spirit and culture push them to be successful in all aspect of life has always been the driving tool to their success in life. They've always learnt to be forward thinkers and how to manipulate through obstacles to be successful. An average igboman doesn't want to be seen as a failure nor as a never-do-well. That's why he'll stay away from his family members to try and make it before returning home. Igbos are always driven by the passion to be on top and never be ruled over. That's a sound characteristic of a high-IQ'ed person. People with high intelligence do not like to be ruled over, they love their freedom and always show it everywhere.

Igbos have never thought of yoruba as competition. They have never thought for once a yoruba man will outsmart them in any endeavour. That's the truth. Igbos were born to think they're superior humans. That has always made them stand out anywhere they're.

When I was in primary school in the mid-90s, we had our classes from A - E, the guys that were topping the whole classes were igbos. This is not a false info. I can't start mentioning their names here, this is to show you how much the igbos compete with the yorubas in their own turf and their own educational system. In 2013, the best FUTA student was an igbo guy. So, what are we saying? There are many more records igbos still managed to drag with your yoruba brothers in the west. Your records are non-existent in the east. The igbos come to your place to drag university education with you. They top you in post-ume scores and you're forced to manage poly-technics and college of education(not that its bad).

Check Unilag for instance, we can boast of 30% igbo population. Come to unizik, you can't even dare apply for the school because 1st, you think you can't match up with the competition. Igbo race still leads you and will continue to lead you. Its a cultural thing and not something you just start. Your culture affords you relax and do nothing. But the igbo culture doesn't.

Nigerians went to school in Europe and performed better than europeans in the same class.

Does that make Nigerians better than Europeans? grin

It is just like saying because Europeans don't come to schools in Nigeria but Nigerians attend schools in Europe and perform very well, Europeans can't compete with Nigerians grin

We have the best institutions in Nigeria in our region unlike the backward institutions in your region, and that explain why you are coming to South West institutions just like Nigerians going to institutions in Europe because of their best institutions.

But you want Yoruba to come and study in your backward institutions when we have the best institutions in our region that you are even trooping to. grin

Yoruba have never thought of Igbo as Competition in fact we regard you as barbarians and uncivilized humans, we regard you as less humans and that's why we avoid your region because we can't afford to live in the midst of barbarians and uncivilized humans.

You even have time to reply him. I know a lot of Nigerians topping their classes in USA uni and also emerging best graduating students.

Does that meant Nigerians are more intelligent than the USA combined?

I already gauged the guy intellect, that was why I don’t reply to his jargons.

Not only below, Wole Soyinka is a Nobel laureate in literature. He is the only black African descent to have a Nobel price in a category other than peace.

The rest are Nobel peace price holder which is just to recognize their humanity but Nobel price in literature is a recognition of Wole’s work and contribution to knowledge and it is a feat that no black African was able to break except Wole.

And that was the only list you saw from the post abi and if even if it is dominated by politicians why would Achebe always come before or rank higher than our Nobel winner Wole Soyinka.

That Sikiru Adepoju won a Grammy doesn't make him the greatest musician from Nigeria, in the same vein that Soyinka won the Nobel prize doesn't make him the greatest literary mind from Africa.

In all these lists, Achebe ranked higher than Soyinka, why? Even if some might not be in a defined order, why must his name be mentioned first before Soyinka.
