I don't think Innoson's vehicle manufacturing business would be sustainable if it continues depending on goodwill government patronage. What about private end users?

I'm tired of hearing about how federal, state and other government institutions 'support' Innoson by purchasing x amount of units. The focus should be on building a brand that would appeal to regular individual and corporate end users. Upper middle class and high income earners as well as private companies should find the Innoson brand cool or worthy enough to purchase. Until then, then Innoson needs to do its home work on branding, production standards, marketing, and everything else.

I think every governor has money they collect from the Federal government known as Security Vote. The security vote money is for the enhancement of security in each state and it is at the discretion of the governor, who is the chief security officer of the state, to determine how the money will be spent. Also remember that in the absent of state police, the federal government controls almost all the security apparatus both in the states and at federal level. So for now, it is only wise that the money enmark for Security Vote be used to enhance the operations of the police and other security agencies which are mostly controlled by the federal government.
