What is starch?

Sorry oga Oyinbo.

Starch also known as usi, is a thick and sticky edible substance made from cassava with a dollop of palm oil.

It is especially enjoyed by the riverine natives of the Niger delta area - Itsekiri, Urhobo, Izon etc.
