not surprise. Igbo are known to help and support themselves in scenario like this

may God continue to increase the humanity in him. favour and excessive grace inclusive are all my wishes for him
Re: Meet Ekene Iwuoha 'Onitsha Fire Hero' (Photos) by Ijawwomaninoyo: 12:22pm On Oct 18, 2019
If the persons filming him had joined in the rescue, the loss should have been minimal. What if they had all pack sands instead of filming someone rescuing?
Cars owners were passing with 'I don't care attitudes', can we authoritatively say none of them had an extinguisher?
But we all say the government doesn't care about us, do we care about ourselves?

Help indeed! Did you see the number of car owners passing without concern?
Can we say none of them had an extinguisher?

not everyone are brave in a fire incident but when they're ready to stand firm for themselves, they do it with zeal. the guy might have being a victim for his sacrifice decision, that's raw affectionate

When you dont know whether the story is embellished or not! His people claiming to be billionaires should set the ball rolling first even before the fulani man in Aso Rock.

If they had donated extinguishers and sand, the loss should have been minimal.

a whole onitcha market where million and even billions are transacted on a daily basis couldnt think of having a private fire fighting truck present on standby.....really there's something wrong with the black man's brain. same thing will happen again and again and again and after the social media showers of pity it will end in sorry, rip, God will provide, govt will compensate, etc

Hi Guys,

I am a story/Teller, I write short movie script all genre.. Currently want to push my ideas to limelight..

Currently need volunteer actor (Just a crew of not more than 6) that can partner and let's create a brand together.

I work Mondays to Fridays.. So it's a part-time thing for me.. As I would like shooting to be done over the weekends.

For now, it's strictly for those staying in Lagos..

I am very open to a Good videographer and video editor if your budget is affordable at my current level.

If interested kindly send me your phone number and location to my email at combola12@gmail.com

So I can add you to a whatsapp group.. The crew will be so limited.

Thanks.
You are looking for people to use for rituals, abi?

use ur brain. There are ppl and agencies trained for such emergencies. U expect cars to park zigzag around that place to render help with tiny extinguishers thereby blocking off fire trucks,Abi U think say na kerosene stove fire? What if there are subsequent explosions

Hero

What did he save? A dead man. How do you save a dead man? He also saved goods.

That was very foolish of him. He needs to be given 100 strokes of koboko to reset his brain.

Onitsha main market has a fire service station, let's face the truth the fire fighters are afraid of their lives, u need see where tanker of fuel explode

No for goods saved except a life. The woman and the child burnt were already saved but went back to collect something and when returning she slipped and fell on the gutter with fire. She and her child were burnt to death. Life is more important
TriCee:
We celebrate you bro. But that's a risky thing to do. Life is more important than those goods.

What are you saying? Didn't you hear and see all the bashing of Obiano and that Fire service head?

Igbos are not bitter people, there was little or no blame towards Buhari, they shifted the blames to the state gov't, which is right.
Even the tanker driver (probably a Northerner) was not blamed much.
When it comes to security and economic challenges Bubu is the chief blamee, but this incident Obiano is surly the blamee.

michlins:
I am disappointed in ipob. They blamed the accidents on others instead of calling for the heads of the governor's of the South East for being such failures.

To this man, I wish obiano had your bravery
Fire service is a federal establishment buhari is still to blame
