Take it to the market.
It is cheaper and risk-free than doing it yourself.

But if you've got the will and might to do it yourself, a simple google search will lead you right.

One thing I noticed though when I once tried to flash a Tecno phone years back (a P5+ I think), I notice the models have variants. So you may need this info too to know which flash file to download.

i advice you take your device to the nearest Carl care center for a fix

Very very useless.. Last week, I took my phone to osogbo carlcare centre to fix my sim port that is stucked, (find it so hard to remove it anytime I wanna swap sim).. Na so d lady said make I bring 25k..perhaps she thought I said d network signal isn't coming on

One tailor taught me how I would be removing the sim port with ease....

20k?? just switch the phone quietly its better

Instead of paying that 20k to carlcare i advise you to buy another phone
