What's this one saying...could they av envisaged or envisioned the extent in which the fire will spread? Did the tanker fell right inside the market space? How many goods would they all been able to park under such circumstance? Don't you think they did he expecting the immediate arrival of state fire trucks....

Please blame the government and not the people ...their immediate government failed them and I pray that they are duly compensated coz I can't imagine their present state of health right now....

Sweetheart, please read my comment again. I used the word "partly". The tanker fell about an hour before this fire started and the content spilled down to the market but they paid little attention to it. I hugely blame the govt no doubt, but in a country like Nigeria, you are on your own.
