Area4Area:why don't you check the GDP ppp per capital rate ? you don't just factor in purchasing power alone. |

Tetehjewels:You are very stupid , do you think we are toddler here. . give me the validation that you are in Ghana on a special arrangement as you claim. Show me identity card or something that says you are indeed in Ghana on special mission? you may even cover your name or picture. let's read your profession and your so called non existing charity organization details |

vaxx2:.....then why is Ghana still crying and begging over the border closure? Nigeria imports-$36.5billion Population-201 million Per capita import- $181 Ghana imports-$13 billion Population-28 million Per capita import-$464 Who depends on imports more to survive and are generally lazy? No wonder your cedi is getting more worthless everyday |

vaxx2:This is not in tandem with what we are talking about, these ones here are talking about how some Nigerians and Ghanaians are preventing them from the Ghanaian coconut industry. So 60% of the coconut consumed in Nigeria is actually from Ghana and you guys go behaving as you don't want Nigeria's huge market? Buhari has really dealt with you guys this time, una go hear am |

vaxx2:You talked about your mere $200 billion purchasing power and I gave you that of Nigeria that can swallow the whole of West Africa, open another thread for per capita and we die there |

Let's not go into this argument. Are you talking of a different Ghana? If not then Bra, leave the matter and move on. I close relatives who have been there for more than 100 years. Osu Just30: |

Area4Area:Don't you see it is Nigerian dealing in the coconut trade, it is Nigeria plying to take over the business and fighting over from their fellow nigerians |
| Re: Ghana Trade Union Vote To Ban Made-in-nigeria Products Following Border Closure by vaxx2: 11:46am On Oct 21, 2019 |
Area4Area:You lack basic economics inteligence. to look at how a country is rich averagely, you check in GDP ppp per capital against purchasing power. if your purchasing power is strong and your GDP ppp per capital is weak then you are poor . it is simple it is not about your purchasing power only but your GDP ppp per capital that matter. |
| Re: Ghana Trade Union Vote To Ban Made-in-nigeria Products Following Border Closure by Area4Area: 11:46am On Oct 21, 2019 |
vaxx2:Some Nigerians taking over from some other Nigerians and Ghanaians as you insinuated, how does that story fit into what is being discussed here? |
| Re: Ghana Trade Union Vote To Ban Made-in-nigeria Products Following Border Closure by vaxx2: 11:49am On Oct 21, 2019 |
Area4Area:You simply ask who is crying? and I show you fellow nigerians who have consider their fellow country men a saboteur in Ghana . See Nigeria understand the economy prowess of Ghana and how viable it is hence the opening of the so called temporary corridor.

vaxx2:You were the one who bragged about your mere $200 billion and I gave you that for Nigeria as $1.2 trillion and you started rushing to GDP PPP. |
| Re: Ghana Trade Union Vote To Ban Made-in-nigeria Products Following Border Closure by Nobody: 11:51am On Oct 21, 2019 |
Area4Area:The funny thing here is that Nigerians, ivorians source for coconuts from Ghana due to our high population demand so we can make creams from it which we ship back to Ghana to buy while all they do with their coconuts is roaming around busy markets with wheelbarrows of these coconuts looking for who would buy them for 1 to 2 cedi so they can cut it open and drink the water. They hardly think about bigger business but are just content with that daily small small change they can eat with for that day.

vaxx2:Ghanaians always begging, I thought some of you threatened to close your border too. Remember that we've not heard the last from Buhari, all we saw in your post are Ghanaian officials |

| Re: Ghana Trade Union Vote To Ban Made-in-nigeria Products Following Border Closure by vaxx2: 12:04pm On Oct 21, 2019 |
Area4Area:Wahl then that put Nigeria at a disadvantage of 200 dollars , meaning Ghana are 200 dollars richer than Nigeria..... so tell me who is the daddy here ? |
| Re: Ghana Trade Union Vote To Ban Made-in-nigeria Products Following Border Closure by Area4Area: 12:06pm On Oct 21, 2019 |
Tetehjewels:They'd still come online to brag with Nigeria, the Nigerien president apologized and banned the movement of smuggled rice into Nigeria in order for Nigeria to open the border with them, instead of small boy Ghana to be begging their little sister Benin to do the needful, they are busy bragged with Nigeria online but offline their officials are going about begging |
| Re: Ghana Trade Union Vote To Ban Made-in-nigeria Products Following Border Closure by vaxx2: 12:10pm On Oct 21, 2019 |
Tetehjewels:It shows your lack of exposure, go to new york new jersey, Go to Columbia or Jamaica , people buy ready made coconut drink on the street. things that are very strange to Nigerians. And stop lying , no Nigeria cream in Ghanaians store, it is either the opposite . Nigerians have been coming to Ghana for cream and soap shopping, even sheer butter are purchased by higher demand ..... I know you stupidly don't know , Ghanaian company are in Nigeria exploring your oils ( Springfield) I also know you don't know Ghanaian company are also in Nigeria medical buisness ( kinapharma) guys stop embarrassing yourself . stop been deluded.... |
| Re: Ghana Trade Union Vote To Ban Made-in-nigeria Products Following Border Closure by Area4Area: 12:10pm On Oct 21, 2019 |
vaxx2:If 50% of Ghanaians are worth $1 million and 10% of Nigerians are worth same, that means 14 million Ghanaians and 20 million Nigerians, which still has the bigger market? Remember I just used 50% for Ghana and 10% for Nigeria. Don't ever compare Nigeria and your small Ghana, go to your mates like Côte d'ivoire, Cameroon, Kenya, Tanzania, Senegal etc, we know our mates. |
| Re: Ghana Trade Union Vote To Ban Made-in-nigeria Products Following Border Closure by vaxx2: 12:18pm On Oct 21, 2019 |
Area4Area:Whatever baseless logic you come up with, it still shows Ghanaians averagely are richer than Nigerians.... market size is something very diffrent, there is what we called valuable market , it makes more sense to deal with Switzerland ( 9 million population) than to deal with Nigeria (200 million populations) because of valuable market. the former understand and can buy luxury , the latter is poor and can't afford it . so here population becomes useless.... |
| Re: Ghana Trade Union Vote To Ban Made-in-nigeria Products Following Border Closure by vaxx2: 12:19pm On Oct 21, 2019 |
Area4Area:Nigeria market is basically big but poor |
| Re: Ghana Trade Union Vote To Ban Made-in-nigeria Products Following Border Closure by vaxx2: 12:26pm On Oct 21, 2019 |
Area4Area:You don't do basic econs that way..... now factor in both export and import rate of Nigeria, factor in both export and import rate of Ghana and let's see whose balance of trade is more? Do it simple, Ghana balance of trade is a way higher than that of Nigeria per head and it shows Ghana can afford to spend more ........ |
