jOn like Glory Osei and Muyiwa, I want to share my experience working for Ebenezer Fashola and his Wife, they own the above mentioned company Metropolitan Bar and lounge Limited they are both situated in Muritala Mohammed international Airport and Local airport (A lounge at the departure gate). ..
I got Employed through the MD's Wife Friend after series of brain washing, I was doing very well where I was working until I met the wife, my company supplies them goods, she told me that she loves the way I work and am hard working, she gave me her number to call, I was invited to airport (being my first time in the airport) I was happy that my level is about to change, I told my friend about the new improvement and am about to resign from my current job, she begged me not to resign, she said all that glitters are not Gold... I told her am not going back on that.. I listed all my monthly income to her according to the MD's wife
basic Salary 32k
allowance 10,000,
monthly tips from customers varies from ,10-20k...
incentive 5k..
fast forward>> I got Employed, first month I got all the benefits complete ..
second month things started changing, 3k was removed from my salary for breaking a Water glass (Tumbler of 500) .. third month he called meeting, that there no more going to be free allowance, we have to meet a target of 350k daily sales or no allowance and stops paying incentive, the boss sometimes walks in and start insulting you to show everyone he is the boss, he slashes salary at any moment of provocation... I spent up to 6months...
his evil doings include;
1, you are not allowed to go home after every shift (shift closes by 10pm daily) so you are forced to sleep at airport so as not to attend further job interviews,
2, you are not allowed to have a conversation with the customers,
3, you should not collect, be it business card or exchange phone numbers with customers.
4, he always threaten workers with alagbon police station (he has boys there according to him, he dictate to them how long you stays there without bail)
5, You only eat once daily because you are not allowed to go out... once we resume by 6:AM, you are not going out till 10 PM ....

Another thing is that,
You don't dare ask for your salary, 500naira will be deducted for challenging the boss,
you don't dare ask for leave be because you will be sacked immediately ..
you don't dare ask for salary increment you will receive insult of your life, he will Even insult your mother...
don't dare give any excuse for coming late because your salary much be deducted.
don't dare have a conversation with a co-worker, he will say you are planning to steal from him.....
