Try a good moisturizer, mine was like that too few years ago. I use Venus cream the bottle one you can also try looking good cream as well. If you have the money you can try Vaseline lotion. Mix it with water and oil it will penetrate deep into your skin

Get hydroxyl acid and moisturizer. This is just my own recommendation, you can get a better option from a dermatologist here
