Police parade 81 suspected kidnappers, robbers, recover N10.1m ransom. The police have paraded 81 suspected kidnappers, armed robbers and cyber scammers arrested in Taraba, Kaduna and other parts of the country. Since there is no name attached and looking at the shapes of their heads from 360 angle with 3 point radius all I can see is flat heads....op you decide if they are Biafrans.  |
