3) There was no record of Job tithing like Abraham, Isaac or Moses - established

The more you speak, then more you sound as the pharisees who derided Jesus for calling out their covetous and mammon worshipping ways, for they also said Jesus had a demon, so I can understand your grouse.

For there's no place in the Bible where such a thing was ever stated or even insinuated, and this was what the devourer himself said to God:
