CAC doesn't count and central banks don't certify people... As for SEC... I doubt because from what you said it shows that you aren't regulated... Yes, I remember SEC licensing brokers and investment firms but it seems you aren't even an investment firm.... But one last question to know if you are what you are....

What is the maximum percentage investment limit allowed for investment firms to put in one security?? This is a simple question every real investor should know the answer......

Or are you a private equity firm... If so what are the estimated payment and return structure charged??

Again, CBN does certify firm that are into stock and forex market, Banks etc, maybe you are not on the know. Wasn't MMM and other HYIP registered with CAC... You waited so long to get back.... You had to wait to find ur answers first.... And not all investment firms are limited to the benchmark of 5%... Banks are certified because they are forex and stock brokers to the banks.... Except ur firm is also a client firm to CBN if not small firms are required by law to find retail brokers....
