What do you expect from such an institution. The presence of lagoon from in that is an indication that the school is a breeding ground for mermaid and Marine spirit. Take a walk to lagoon front in the nyt and you will see strange things.
A lady in my Dept back then was suspected to be a marine agent due to her behavior in class
