For those comparing Nigeria with Canada nd America.....pls try and behave like Americana and surely Nigerian Soldiers will treat u just like American soldiers

Have u ever seen armed rubber or kidnapper arrested in Canada wearing military camo?? No!
They wear the camo nd at the same time give max respect to the camo.

Please tell us exactly where in the constitution it is written and the language. And can’t u see what u r saying makes no sense. The reason other countries can wear it is not because they are saints - it is because everybody knows ANYBODY can wear camo, it is just another element of fashion. Everybody knows it does not mean u r in any service. WHY CAN’T IT BE SO HERE??

This made me remember when I was still a student of command day secondary school, Odogbo barracks, ibadan. It happened that, one day, a guy was passing by and he refused to greet the soldiers on duty. He said that "I don't like greeting" . Well, he was told to strip to his boxers and cut some grass. Ladies and gentlemen, behold, he was wearing a camouflage boxers!!!!!! . One of the soldiers was telling his oga that "oga, look o! Na awa payint the guy wear!! . Soldier payint!!! .

What happened to him? Guess...

I can relate, I finished from army day second sch odogbo barracks ojoo, Ibadan. I was caught sometime passing through the officers qtrs bush path to enter sch from the back(un authorize route) no be easy experience.

As in other countries, camo should be seen as just fashion unless u attach name tags, medals, etc to make it look like u r in the military.

Section 110(1) of the Criminal Code makes it unlawful for any person who is not serving in any of the armed forces in Nigeria to wear the uniform of the armed forces. Camouflage is a part of the military uniform and so it falls under this law. The penalty for this is 1 month imprisonment or a fine of N10 (Ten Naira)
