Good afternoon house. The success story as regards the Canadian immigration is becoming frequent and am happy. For those still pushing God will crown our effort.
My question goes thus : as a fresh graduate of Electrical engineer,I wanna boost my chances so I decided to enroll for BCS instead of MSc. But he price is scaring (#450k still studying on my own oo) for the 3 modules. I had another idea of CIMA, but am confused if this isn't just for accounting professionals only.pls I need help ad advice as regards this
Can engineering student put in for CIMA?

Any preparation source can help for other listening reading or speaking, but for writing, you may need someone to review your writing samples and give you tips if need be before you enter the hall.

WES says verification has been sent to my school - Unilag since 3 weeks ago but my contact there keeps saying it has not dropped.

What could be the issue? Who experienced and surpassed this hurdle?

I sent the attestation letter and SoR together in one single pdf and fax it to Wes. They acknowledge receipt after 24hrs and the following day,my status went back to document not receive.

I waited for 7 weeks for unilag to respond to WES despite several mails. Don't worry, it will be a testimony later.

Did you write your reference number on both the attestation letter and your statement of result?

If WES has sent it, then it has gotten to UNILAG. My advise is for you to go to UNILAG and sit down there. Beg them to check their spam mail. Tell them you're not going until they do it for you. I went to UNILAG 3 times and the last time I just stood outside their door for 4 hours till they sent my verification. At this point I had missed like 5 Phd applications and was depressed. Just go and don't leave till they confirm they have sent it.

I'm actually only waiting for my WES evaluation & then enter the pool with 472 (which I hope would fetch me ITA) in the next draw as I have already used my IQAS BSc. evaluation to enter the pool in May, 2019.

Currently, I'm compiling my application documents and I'd be glad if people can give ideas on what they think about this stuff I've got stucked in my head:

(a). One of my work experience was working as a Piping Engineer. I looked through the NOC but the most closely related NOC are as follows:

▪︎ NOC 2148 (other professional engineer) and Piping Engineering wasn't listed.

▪︎ NOC 2132 (Mechanical Engineers). This actually has a sub-title for Piping Engineering.


PLEASE, which NOC should I pick in this case?

(b) There is a little mistake in one of my other employer reference. In the early paragraph, another zero was mistakenly added to my salary. However, in another paragraph of the letter, the salary was "correctly stated". Getting another reference letter would be a draconian task for me. What can I do in this case? Should I just leave it that way or write a letter of explanation?

they were called out last year or so. The minister of immigration intervened and many got ppr. Sadly they have gone back to the rubbish. There are many avo pple with over a year applications. Immigration is a life changing journey no one deserves to be put in such limbo abeg. U are also avo you better cry out too

This is easy yo say if your application is not at AVO. look at the attached photo. 1 year and 2 months! Kilode Whatever works my brother besides these people paid application fees and they are entitled to be served in good time like other applicants! So this is not an entirely discretionary thing again. People had paid serious money and the best you can do is to determine their application one way or the other and on time too.

Why should my reason for taking an action be bacause I'm comparing myself with someone else, or you feel it's fine for people to keep waiting for as long as 15-18 months or even more and not do anything? Let's see if you keep this same level of energy if you're still waiting this time next year for a decision to be made. Just as I am free to be a part of the Twitter callout, you're also free to do nothing and ignore us. Bye
