I got married last April and we have been trying to have baby without success until I did SFA in January and the result shows ZERO count.

Have you checked critically the underlying factor for the Zero count if it's infection or low sperm count (azospermia, oligospermia etc)
Go for a proper evaluation zero sperm count can be boosted to a millions but this can only be done with proper check for causative agents thus
Run urine analysis with blood test for an infection
Infact go for proper evaluation
But worry less I have seen someone with zero count boosted to over 70million

you should do an sfa = seminal fluid analysis, aka sperm test, that would show if the variocle is affecting your sperm, in few cases..variocle doesnt . best to check and correct now. not al variiocle give pain
