He is finished but how finished? If the guy is prosecuted in Nigeria, he may be out in 5 years or less. I won't be surprised if a year jail term is slapped on him

On the other hand, if he was extradited to the US, he might not spend more than 5years on prison with parole included and will be told to make restitution to some of his victims.
